This page covers the ExtraHand waitlist on extrahand.si. Last updated October 2026.

What we collect

• Your email address, so we can tell you about early access.
• Your answers to the optional questions, if you give any.
• Where you came from: the referring page, any ref or UTM tag in the link, and the page variant you saw.
• Basic usage analytics (page views and waitlist steps) through PostHog's EU cloud. We set no cookies and store nothing on your device for this, and we never record your screen.

Why

To run the waitlist and invite people in, and to understand who ExtraHand is for. The legal basis is your consent when you join, and our legitimate interest in measuring the site.

Who processes it

Cloudflare hosts the site, stores the waitlist, and runs Turnstile, which checks that you're human. PostHog (EU) processes analytics. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

Your rights

Unsubscribe from any email we send. To see, correct, or delete your data, or to object to its use, email privacy@extrahand.si. We'll delete waitlist data once early access no longer needs it. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in Slovenia that's the Information Commissioner.
